SEVEN THREADS

Designing Your
Next Chapter

Seven Threads is an immersive four-day experience to explore your story, discover what matters most, and intentionally design the life you want to live.

01 / THE INVITATION

For people ready
to look deeper.

You have one life. What would it look like to live it more fully? Whether you're navigating a transition, feeling a quiet restlessness, or simply longing to live with greater intention, Seven Threads creates space to explore what deserves your attention.

  • You sense a transition coming, or are already in one, and want to move through it intentionally.
  • You feel restless or stuck and can't quite say why.
  • You want to understand yourself more deeply and discover what makes you come alive.
  • You've built a good life, but something still feels missing.

02 / THE THREADS

Seven lenses for seeing your life.

Your life is woven from many threads: who you are, what has shaped you, what matters most, and who you're becoming. Exploring each one reveals new insights and connections. Together, they help a clearer vision for your life emerge.

  1. 01

    Design

    How you are uniquely wired.

  2. 02

    Formation

How your story has shaped you.

  3. 03

    Season

The season of life you're in, and what it's asking of you.

  4. 04

    Longing

What you deeply want more of.

  5. 05

    Roles & Domains

Where your time, energy, and attention are going.

  6. 06

    Contribution

    What is mine to give?

  7. 07

    Becoming

The person you're becoming—and the life you're called to live.

No single thread tells the whole story. When woven together, they reveal a clearer picture of the life you want to live.

03 / WHY SEVEN THREADS

Exploring the seven threads felt a bit like a treasure hunt. With a collective voice of experience and wisdom, there were new discoveries at virtually every turn. For anyone desirous of exploring a life with richer meaning, this is a safe and beautiful place to begin the journey!

04 / THE EXPERIENCE

Four days to see
your life differently.

Seven Threads isn't four days of lectures or someone else's formula for a meaningful life. It is an immersive four-day journey of self-discovery. Through creative exercises, meaningful conversations, and guided reflection, you'll explore your story, reconnect with what matters, and step into the life you're meant to live.

01

DAY ONE

EXPLOREYour Story

Understand the experiences, influences, and patterns that have shaped who you are.

02

DAY TWO

DISCOVERWhat Matters

Reconnect with your deepest longings, explore what makes you come alive, and uncover what may be getting in the way.

03

DAY THREE

DESIGNWhat's Next

Bring your discoveries together into an emerging vision for the life you want to live.

04

DAY FOUR

INTEGRATEInto Everyday Life

Translate your vision into meaningful choices, practical experiments, and commitments for the life ahead.

THE DEEPER TRANSFORMATION

A life that feels truly your own.

As the seven threads come together, a more integrated vision of your life begins to emerge—not one based on who you think you should be, but one rooted in who you are and what matters most. You'll leave with greater self-understanding, a clearer sense of direction, and practical steps toward living more intentionally.

GOOD TO KNOW

A few common
questions.

What will we actually do?

Expect a blend of guided reflection, interactive exercises, creative exploration, and meaningful conversations. You'll have opportunities to examine your story, explore what matters most, learn from others, and bring your discoveries together into a personal vision for your future.

Will I leave with a concrete plan?

Yes. You'll develop a clearer vision for your next chapter, along with priorities and practical action steps. The goal isn't to map every detail of your future, but to leave with greater clarity, direction, and confidence to move forward.

What's the difference between the Intensive Retreat and Group Coaching?

The Intensive Retreat is where the Seven Threads journey begins. It's an opportunity to step away from the rhythms of everyday life, explore the different dimensions of your story, and begin intentionally designing what comes next.

Group Coaching builds on that foundation. Designed for retreat participants who want to continue the journey, it provides an ongoing community for deeper reflection, shared learning, and support as you begin living into what you've discovered.

Do I need to attend the Intensive Retreat before joining Group Coaching?

Yes. Group Coaching is designed as a continuation of the Intensive Retreat. The retreat provides a shared foundation, language, and experience that participants can build on together. Group Coaching creates space to keep exploring, integrating discoveries, and supporting one another as life unfolds.

How much of my personal story will I be expected to share?

Seven Threads invites honest reflection and meaningful conversation, but you're always in control of what you share. Some discoveries may feel deeply personal, and not everything needs to be spoken aloud. We want to create an environment where you feel comfortable being yourself, exploring at your own pace, and learning alongside others.

Is Seven Threads a faith-based experience?

Seven Threads isn't rooted in any particular religious or spiritual tradition. The experience is designed to welcome people from a variety of backgrounds, beliefs, and perspectives.

For some, spirituality is an important part of understanding their lives, and there's room to bring that into the journey. For others, the exploration may be more personal, relational, or practical. Customized retreats can also be adapted to reflect the beliefs, values, and context of a particular group.

Is Seven Threads a form of therapy?

No. Seven Threads is a facilitated experience of personal discovery and life design, not therapy, counseling, or mental-health treatment. We do spend time exploring your inner life—including your story, longings, emotions, and patterns—but the focus is self-understanding, meaningful conversation, and intentional living. You choose what you share, and the experience is not designed to diagnose or treat mental-health conditions.
